One of my favorite musique concrete albums of all time; it transports me to an entirely alien world. The notes in the cd edition says the piece was meant to invoke Ancient Greek ritual. I feel as though I'm descending into the underworld, trapped in some forgotten corner inhabited by creatures the myths don't even have names for. If you can get past the shrill barking dog in the first act, prepare for some of the coolest sonic textures you'll ever hear.. and the strangest.
